Winter Sanctuary

I was watching the Phantom of the Opera, and this picture came to mind. I had an idea like it before, but I thought that this would be the time to draw something.

More of a concept sketch really. It's a picture of a woman who finds her way through the snow to a solitary statue of an angel. She falls asleep at the base, protected by her stoic guardian.
